A Cosmic Aligment Spells Doom!
The approaching alignment of the planets threatens to end all life on Earth. Ancient propehts knew this day would come, and built massive stone monuments that conceal the keys to survival. Can you uncover the secrets of these ancient ruins and survive the horros that lurk within?
This expansion features a new Ancient One, and new encounters, Adventure cards, and Prelude cards. Four more investigators enter the game, along with Artifacts, Assets, Spells and Unique Assets to aid them in their struggle to save the world.
This is not a standalone game. A copy of Eldritch Horror is required to play.
To fully protect your game and insure it will have a long life, you will need four 56x87mm and two 41x63mm card sleeves.

| This expansion is great because it adds a new ancient one with specific story cards, but without a new side board. So you have a unique adventure across the base board. And of course exploring "strange remnants" is so fun... | |

| Worthwhile expansion | |
| Strange Remnants is well worth the price. It adds the usual: more investigators, an ancient one, more assets, more encounters, prelude cards (which usually change the beginning of the game). But certainly the best thing it brings to the table is the focus mechanic. As an action, you can pick up a focus token, which allows you to reroll one die during tests and combat. This fixes a problem where you sometimes wasted an action. I haven't played without the focus mechanic since it was introduced. | |

| Si vous aimez le jeu de base et que vous souhaitez avoir plus d'option, de personnages, de cartes, de monstres, etc, cette expansion est parfaite. Sans ajouter de nouveau plateau, les ajouts viennent donner une seconde (ou troisième) vie au jeu. À acheter une fois que le jeu de base a été maitrisé! | |

| Strange Remnants est une excellente extension pour le prix. Vous en avez définitivement pour votre argent, car ce jeu est d’autant plus meilleur en rajoutant des scénarios plutôt que de repasser au travers des cartes déjà lues. | |

| Avec Eldritch horror, nous en voulons toujours plus! Vous serez ravis des aventures. C’est un peu comme les expéditions, mais avec une thématique différente. Quant aux reliques, c’est un super bon concept. Toutefois, je conseillerais Cities in Ruins avant cette extension. | |

| Superbe extension pour le jeu Eldritch Horror. Un nouvel ancien à affronter, 4 nouveaux personnages, de nouveaux items et plein de nouvelles cartes pour ajouter à la rejouabilité du jeu. De plus, une nouvelle mécanique de focus comme action empêche les tours ou on perdait une action pour rien et permet de rerouler un dé au moment opportun. | |

| I love Eldritch Horror and I wanted all the Expansions. I play in french but unfortunately, Fantasy Flight stopped supporting the game so we had to settle for the English version for certain expansions. It's not a bad expansion but the included Ancient Ones and Investigators are not the best this game has to offer. This expansion doesn't include any new mechanics either. If you don't want every extension, there are much better ones out there like Cities in Ruins, Mask of Nyarlathotep, The Dreamlands or even Signs of Carcosa. | |

| À ce jour, je crois que Eldritch Horror est le meilleur jeu lovecraftien de Fantasy Flight. Donc, je conseille fortement de mettre la main sur TOUTES les expansions, y compris celle-ci naturellement. La mécanique des endroits étranges sert dans tous les scénarios, alors juste pour cet ajout, ça vaut la peine. | |
