The End of the World draws near !
The world stands on the brink of catastrophe. The year is 1926, and an elder being of unfathomable power threatens to awaken from its long slumber, bringing death and madness in its wake. Strange cults and unspeakable monsters wreak havoc on every continent as the fabric of reality tears itself apart, opening gates to bizarre other worlds. Only a few, brave investigators understand what is truly happening. These tenacioussouls come from every walk of life to pit their skills and weapons against the threat of the Ancient One. It falls to them to explore the most remote corners of the globe, to fight the nightmarish creatures that lurk in the shadows, and to find the answers to the ancient mysteries of this Eldritch Horror !

To fully protect your game and insure it will have a long life, you will need four 56x87mm andthree 41x63mm card sleeves.

| Best Mythos game | |
| Great cooperative game that mixes luck and strategy, wrapped in Lovecraftian Mythos. As an investigator, you go around the world to resolve mysteries, fight monsters, close gates to other worlds, train to improve your character, and gather clues to help in your fight against ancient ones. The game is full of tense moments as you are racing to win the game before the ancient one awakens, as it becomes much harder to win afterwards. There are plenty of expansions to add different investigators, assets, ancient ones, mechanics, and cards of all types. | |

| Amazing but long (especially with the expansions)! | |
| This game is awesome. We enjoy the horror element (different from our other games). The characters are weaker than those from the other expansions but it's still fun to play. It's just very long to set up and play. | |

| One of the Best | |
| This game takes a different approach from the base mechanic of the Arkham Horror games. The goal is to follow mysteries from specific cards from each Ancient One instead of only trying to close gates. There are still gates to close in this one, but it's not the main objective. Also there is a lot of different encounters possibilities, so it's more varied. A great complete game with a good mix of luck and strategy. | |

| J'ai beaucoup joué a arkham horror. Même avec de l'expérience, on gaganit une partie sur 3 ou 4 alors je m'attendais à un niveau de difficulté similaire avec eldritch horror. Nous avons gagné 3 parties sur 3, sans jamais avoir eu l'impression d'avoir eu chaud au fesses. Trop facile, nous ne le sortons plus lors des soirées de jeux. La qualité des pièces et la carte sont de bonnes qualités |

| En entrée en matière, le jeu est très long (3h+) et très dur. Toutefois, le jeu nous transporte au travers du monde (pas juste à Arkham) pour tenter de résoudre des énigmes, fermer des 'gates' et vaincre des monstres. Les personnes ont des abilités qui incitent à la coopération. Les sorts et certaines conditions ont des dos qui imposent des choses; alors les mêmes cartes ne donnent pas toujours les mêmes résultats, ne permettant pas aux joueurs de prendre pour acquis les résultats de certaines actions. | |

| Un jeux bien pensé, bien équilibré et plein de rebondissements! Vraiment un des jeux coopératif les mieux conçu que j'ai joué! La courbe d'apprentissage est facile malgré la complexité du jeu. |

| A really great game, much simpler but as dense as Arkham Horror in my opinion. You have to go everywhere in the world to investigate and close some portails. I think it is better not to play with more than 5-6 persons though as it is quite a long game. | |

| It's a game with a theme that I like! We must save the earth from the awakening of a terrible, powerful and devastating creature! We need to explore places to develop our skills and become more powerful. We must also try to manage the rest of our characters so that they do not sink into madness. Each has its strengths and weaknesses. Portals must also be closed so that creatures from another world cannot reach the earth. It plays well, you just have to let yourself be guided by the cards that tell us what to do! Really fun! | |

| Une plongée dans l'univers de Lovecraft | |
| J'ai joué à ce jeu il y a quelques années et j'avais adoré. Je n'ai pas encore pu y rejouer depuis mon récent, achat , mais ça va venir. Même s'il peut sembler complexe au premier abord eu égard a ses nombreuses piles de cartes et items, on rentre assez bien dans le jeu. Pour autant il est d'une assez grande difficultés, notamment à cause de la grande quantité de créatures et de malédictions qui touchent les investigateurs. C'est un excellent jeu coopératif qui promet une soirée tout en suspense et frisson horrifique. Je recommande ! | |

| Superbe jeu, qui recrée très bien une ambiance lovecraftienne (de façon pulp, mais aucune adaptation y échappe). Ça peut être assez long à installer et jouer, mais une fois mis en place, les mécaniques sont assez simples et intuitives même si ça apparait complexe. | |
