| Un bon premier essaie, mais moins bon que la série centrale | |
| Pour ma part j'ai trouvé ce roman court et long à la même fois. Court par son nombre de page, mais long pour l'intérêt qu'il a porté en moi. J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à rester accroché à l'histoire et a vouloir aller plus loin. La seul chose qui m'a garder intéressé c'est le fait que je voulais savoir ce qui s'était passé cette nuit là . Ce qui arrive à la toute fin du volume. Peut-être est-ce le style de l'auteur ou moi qui est difficile, mais j'ai trouvé ce volume très loin de la qualité de Steven Erikson. Sachant que c'est un premier roman pour l'auteur et le fait qu'il traite tout de même habilement avec son monde je lui donne son 3 étoiles. Certaines scènes sont quand même très intéressante et à partir du milieu les chose deviennent aussi plus concrêtes. Le fait de voir a peu prêt aucun personnage de l'histoire original n'aide pas non plus, mais le monde de Malazan est très grand et je crois que l'auteur ne voulait pas jouer avec les création de son ami. Donc un roman pour les gros fan qui veulent tout savoir ce qui arrive entre les ligne de l'histoire principale. |
